Have you heard of the quote “life is like an ice-cream, enjoy it before it melts?” If I were a teacher, I would rate it five out of ten. Why? Because it should have been “ice-cream is life, eat ‘em all before life ends.” Seriously! There’s no better treat than presenting yourself with a bowl of ice-cream every day.

Feeling stressed and tired? Grab some scoop! Want to have a lovely time with family? Snatch your share of sherbet. Sick of mundane work? Make your day jazzy with sorbet. Willing to impress your boss? Give him the best gelato of his life: many names, different varieties, but just one job— mood-lifting.

The world needs a reason to celebrate ice-creams by national ice-cream day. Honestly, I don’t need it. I can’t stop celebrating frozen-desserts, literally every day! To say “I love ice-cream is an understatement. I am possessed with ice-cream.”

I can see it floating everywhere. Its smell never gets out of my olfactory memory, it’s available in several color palettes that are visually arresting, and the way it’s embellished— can’t put my eyes away. But what amazes me the most is the number of ways we can play with its recipe.

If you think you’ve had ‘the best’ ice-cream of your life, wait for marijuana to get in!

Never overestimate an ice-cream. Hey you! Son of a holy lord— be modest enough to admit that the best is yet to come. What you tasted so far is nothing but a sample! Thrive for a better ice-cream. Why do I say this? Because the very attitude has led to the birth of cannabis-infused ice-cream.

Yes, you heard it right! Now don’t go— “What?? Marijuana!! I’m not having this ice-cream. No way! I’m gonna follow the law.” Woah, Woah, Woah! Hold your horses. We aren’t breaking any rules. Our cannabis-infused ice-cream will be 100% legal because of goodbye psychoactive THC— the infamous devilish content in marijuana. We’ll use CBD, the angel healing component extracted from the same plant.

Impressed? Great! Why are we interested in helping you with CBD ice-cream? Because CBD has tremendous potential in alleviating many underlying problems. And ice-cream— we already know it’s a mood-healer! So, when they combine— you can finally say “yeah, I have had the best ice-cream of my life.”

So, already looking forward to making CBD ice cream? With this recipe post— you will have a mouth-savory sorbet that will ease-up your post-dinner time, and lighten-up your day; complete your breakfast and stimulate your lunch.

You don’t need much to make CBD ice cream. It’s not a headache. You only have to buy some patience and apply a bit of heart in it.

The good news is— cannabis ice-cream doesn’t play heavy on your pockets. A few ingredients, here and there, and you are ready to gulp and serve the most delicious lumps of dessert in a nice-catchy crystal bowl.

Throw yourself in! Be intent and creative! Fortunately, the weed ice-cream only consumes 15 minutes! If you can pour your heart and patience for merely fifteen minutes (don’t forget to count freezing your ice-cream)— you will enjoy the most palatable dessert of your life.

Here are what you need: Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups of whipped canna-cream

Women Mix Cannabis Ice Cream with PastaThis marijuana-infused ice cream recipe is so easy that it doesn’t need an ice-cream maker. You just have to whip and whip and whip until you’re there. Increase the quantity in ratio if you are looking to make it for more numbers of people.

Before you run-down making CBD ice cream, start whipping your canna-cream!

If you are up with the ingredients— good! Now you’ll have to follow one of the most critical steps of the recipe— making a whipped cannabis cream. We are making it because we don’t have ice-cream makers. So what? Let’s get rid of the extra equipment. Here’s how you make canna-cream:

Decarboxylate your cannabis strain

Films and series always show someone consuming a full bag of raw cannabis. And you think, how on earth did the guy do that? Well, here’s the truth! He didn’t feel a damn about consuming it. Reason? Raw cannabis has no therapeutic and recreation effect on our minds and bodies.

So, if you add a raw CBD strain in your ice-cream recipe— you’ll have no strike in your body. That’s why you need to decarboxylate your cannabis strain. De-carb-olate what? Fuggedaboutit! Just remember that cannabis strains behave the way they are when they only burn!

Wondering that you never decarboxylated your cannabis while smoking? Well, smoking naturally heats cannabis to give you high! Similarly, to prepare a cannabis ice cream recipe— you ought to heat up the bud, buddy! It’s the process where you are converting the impotent THCA into THC at 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat-up the strain for good 30-45 minutes and you have the “real cannabis” ready.

Make whipped cannabis cream— cannabis-infused heavy cream

Did you decarboxylate your cannabis? Great!

  • Now we’ll combine cream with cannabis and place them on a saucepan. Apply some heat! Bring it to a boiling condition.
  • Lower down the temperature and boil gently for 30-45 minutes. You might have to apply gentle heat for 2 hours if you are making more than 2 cups of cannabis-infused heavy cream.
  • Keep stirring the mixture to prevent the bottom from burning.
  • Strain the mixture and cool it for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator. We recommend you to do this process a day before you’re going for marijuana ice cream.

Congratulations! You’ve just accomplished the most challenging task of making a CBD ice cream. Pat your back.

We are good to go. Let’s cook a crazy cannabis ice cream idea.

#Step 1: Take the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.

*We’ll use it because it’s rich in flavor and almost chips in all the desserts and confectionaries. The rich and thick caramel-coloured and super-sweet condensed milk is the secret to creamy ice-cream*

Cannabis Infused Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup

#Step 2: Add cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in the condensed milk bowl.

*You must be wondering why we need salt. Well, the salt is known to lower down the freezing point of ice. It’s purposely added to melt the ice cream even when the temperature is below freezing point. You see, this is why you have to run for your life if you’re buying ice-cream for your family. Also, this is why ice cream melts so quickly in your mouth.*

#Step 3: Pick your overnight whipped canna-cream. Whip it more with a mixer. Apply a medium-high whipping speed until you have a firm layer formed.

*Use a balloon whisk or hand-mixer to whisk the cream. Note that you’ve to whip while the cream is chilled. Don’t beat when it’s warm. If you do that, the fat will fail to stabilize, and your cream will lose texture and fall flat. If luck favours you with warm canna-cream, you might thicken it— but despite whipping it vigorously for a good 30 minutes, you won’t achieve the fluffy texture and the lofty plateau of cream.*

#Step 4: Fold 1 cup of the whipped weed-cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture and combine the solution with a silicon or rubber spatula. Keep folding until the mixture is combined and well-blended.

*Note that folding and stirring are different processes. Folding cannabis-infused heavy cream into sweetened condensed milk means that you have to combine the ingredients diligently without stirring or beating it. To mix is to agitate and lose the grip over mixture. Remember that we do this only with already whipped items such as whipped creams and egg whites.*

#Step 5: And your CBD ice-cream is ready. Pour the mixture in an airtight jar or container and freeze it for three hours until it gets solid.

*Air desiccates and crystallizes the top-layers of ice cream. It is why we need an airtight lid to prevent the damage. But make sure that you aren’t trapping air inside the container for an extended period. It will also damage your weed ice cream.*

This is the end. My only frie…! No. Hold on! Now is the time to test your creative caliber.

Interestingly, you can garnish your weed-infused ice cream with some of the best dresses available. Not the dresses you’re thinking! But the luscious toppings and sauces. They help you jazz up your ice cream and make them taste even better. Consider adding CBD chocolate syrup or weed brownie gummy chunks over the top.

They are still powerful and savoury ways to top a bowl of ice cream. Caramelized banana topping or banana slices are perfect “something little more” to make cannabis-infused banana split!

You can also use CBD ice cream as a scrumptious topping over marijuana-infused cake and brownies and even pies. Someone has rightly quoted— ice cream is a guilty pleasure. And these toppings add a sturdy punching top to this pleasure.

The intensity of your weed ice cream depends on the type of strain you pick. Make a wise decision here!

Do you know different cannabis sativas have different weights of cannabidiol (CBD) in them? Well, the varying presence of CBD will decide how effective your ice-cream will be. The good part is— you can’t overdose it. CBD is a calming chemical which doesn’t have any side-effect even if you over-consume it.

However, if the cannabis of your choice has some extent of THC, then you’ll have to be a little careful while serving kids and older people. One such hybrid cannabis strain is making a bit of roundabout. And it goes with the same name— Hybrid ice cream kush strain.

Hybrid ice cream kush strain has earned a fantastic name in making ice creams that generate floaty-excitement in the belly, pretty similar to experiences when we get on rides and rollercoasters. It’s rich in THC and low CBD content so if you are planning to have a euphoric trip with a little scoop or two of ice cream— go for it.

So, here’s the cannabis ice cream recipe from my kitchen to yours. I am sure you’re up & ready with essential ingredients that will offer you the frosty, smoothie feel in your mouth.
